Things Every Woman Should Say To Herself Every Day

Being a woman is not that easy in some days. There are times when you just seek for approval, or affirmation. Sometimes, you catch yourself say, “Please tell me I’m beautiful.” Oftentimes, kind words from others would make you feel so good about yourself and one day, you feel like you need more of it. Lady, in these kind of days, you need to tell yourself the kindest words. Even when other people don’t have the time, energy, and attention to do so.
Here are 5 things every woman should say to herself every day:

1. “I am enough and beautiful”

With all these reminders of the “standards of beauty” every day, don’t get carried away and feel insecure. All these do not define who you are what your beauty brings to others and to your very self. In the morning, tell yourself “I am enough and beautiful”, and this shall be your compass each day. This will guide you against any false idea about real beauty. No matter how the commercial world boost “perfect beauty”, be at peace that you are imperfect and flawed yet enough and beautiful.

2. “My presence will make someone look forward for tomorrow”

Whether you are out on a date with your husband or you are spending time with friends, be present. It is when you give your full attention and your heart to what you are channeling your energy to. You are a wonderful source of light and inspiration. Step out of that door and let others enjoy your presence and love.
As a woman, you have the tenderness and innate caring spirit that makes others feel better and secured.

3. “He was wrong”

Oftentimes, what makes a woman falter is the negative comments of an ex-lover. It is easy to slip away when people (especially those you truly feel close to) makes you feel that you are a bad person. They say all these bad things about you and want to change you for someone else that they may find convenient. Well, you do know you are not perfect but it is not enough reason to just toss yourself away to the bin. Feel good and right about who you are today and flaunt it.
Men can say anything they want against you: that your skirt is too short or your quirks are annoying. As long as you are happy and comfortable with who you are, tell yourself every day, “he was wrong.”

4. “The cure for anything is water”

Remember to stay hydrated. Experts recommend drinking a good amount of water can help you detoxify. Drinking enough water helps you maintain good skin and over-all vitality. When you are feeling low and a little tired or stressed out, a good shower can surely ease the blues. For older women, they would tell stories of making sure that taking shower comes before all the household chores in the later afternoon. Soaking yourself with a good read, good music, or good scents can make you feel so relaxed, sensual, and beautiful.

5. “All that you are seeking is also seeking you”

Franz Kafka wrote the line:”all that you are seeking is also seeking you.” Every day you need to remind yourself that your quest from something is not a one way street. In return, what you are looking for is also seeking to get closer to your path. When you want to achieve something, I is just right out there in the horizon also seeking you. When you say this to yourself every day, it will keep you going, taking your time, and one day, you will be found.
So there you go with the 5 things every woman should say to herself every day. Women may always be associated with words like pretty, hot, and gorgeous. But it is a truth that they too get exhausted about life. When other people around you seem no to care, remember that you are a woman of pure soul and tender heart. Each day, you are the master of your own path so love yourself more.

Practice Communication in your Marriage

Most couples believe they need better communication skills and that would change their relationship for the better. They claim that they either argue because of misunderstandings or that one or the other don’t discuss their problems openly. Communication (or lack of it) is often NOT the problem Most couples have re-hashed issues over and over and they know what their partner’s position is. The issue is often that they do not accept the partner’s position and are “trying” to get them to change to see their side. And we know how that usually goes; right? It does not happen. So often communication problems will boil down to “they are not listening to me or they would change their behavior”; or “they don’t care enough about me to change”. Neither of these thought processes are helpful to building and sustaining a fabulous relationship. Breakdowns in communication are often the way in which each partner successfully maintains a balance of power. Power and control issues usually ex...

Ways in which a Perception Of Someone can Be Defined By How Other People Describe Them

There are times when one will meet someone without knowing anything about them and then there are other times when this won’t be the case. In this instance, one will have heard about the other before person they have even met them. When this happens, one can feel as though they already know the other person, and even though they haven’t met them, they may feel the need to behave in a certain way. And the way in which they behave can all depend on how the other person describes them. First Impression This can mean that their first impression of the other person won’t be formed through being in their presence; it will be formed through listening to what other people say. It then might not matter how accurate their descriptions are, as one can believe they are finding out what someone is like.
