The Formula For Creation

The human body is an amazing machine that undergoes millions of processes in under a second. Every waking minute, your body changes and develops, and you are never the same. One important part of the human body, if not the most important organ of them all, is the brain. It is a complex powerhouse of tissue, chemicals, and nerves, which is literally the mastermind of your whole body. But sadly, we are only using up to 6% of its capacity. But that 6% is responsible for our every action and emotion, a whole range of movements that can be as seemingly simple as breathing and as complicated as playing contact sports.
One such important function of the brain is managing and manifesting emotions. As humans, we are emotional beings controlled and driven by different emotions. We find that most of the actions and
decisions made in our lives are driven by our need to fulfill an emotional requirement. You might term it as passion, drive or ambition, but the end result is an action taken due to emotions sent by chemical signals in your brain. These chemicals are called peptides, which are small chain amino acids that are produced according to what your cells want. The process happens like this - a part of the brain called the hypothalamus produce these peptides and release them into the blood stream to dock with your cells. Cells have different docking stations and peptides find a dock to settle in. If they can't find one, they force their way into the cell. Once this happens, you now experience an emotion, because the cell changes its chemical make-up.
This change is recorded by your body and filed away in your memory as an emotional experience. If you keep experiencing a repetition of this experience, then a belief system is born. So from a single chemical signal, more commonly known as a thought, comes a whole belief system that can change your outlook in life. That is how the human body, especially the brain, controls and manages our lives.
These thoughts that are driven by emotions and produce actions, can garner different results in your life. And this is the formula for creation, which we can call T.E.A.R. or thoughts, emotions, actions, results. Thoughts that give birth to emotions, which in turn inspire actions, that produces results and these results your thoughts and beliefs. And that draws it in full circle and the process begins again.
This whole development which is responsible for everything created, from a baby to a masterpiece in art, all starts with the spark of a single thought or idea. If you wanted something in life, like money or properties, then it all happens if you first wish it. That is the power of thought. And that thought or idea is further reinforced by your emotions - your drive to attain, your passion to pursue, and your ambition to become something or someone.
But in order to attain an end result, one has to act on ones desires and wishes. Actions are key components in everyday lives. Without actions, we do not move from where we are, although we might wish it. Actions translate the emotional and mental into the physical and tangible. In this step, we become creators, whether it is simply to create a written message to send to a loved one, or to create a complex manifesto that will inspire others in thoughts and ideas. That is how the process works and never ends. These actions create results that are can halo into a cause and effect of other thoughts, emotions and actions.
You can be an architect of something bigger than yourself if you just dream and think up ideas that are bigger. But at the same time, you have to be cautious. Be wary of thinking up dreams of grandeur that will only end in feelings of frustration, failure and despair due to inaction and lack of result. Make sure that your thoughts and ideas are attainable and timely.
The process of creation or manifestation is something we enjoy as human beings, especially when we reap the results and are content with it. This procedure is meant to inspire people to move forward in their lives and experience reality. Sadly, most people are lazy when it comes to physical work. That is because they don't really realize that it is in this physical work that we call action that we will actually make our dreams come true. If we enjoy the physicality of our world, then it will become a whole lot easier for us to garner results in our lives. Sometimes, this whole process can be purely mental, but it still needs thoughts, emotions, actions in order to drive results, even if is it purely just in our minds. The process of manifestation is all around us and inside of us and it is necessary in our lives.

Practice Communication in your Marriage

Most couples believe they need better communication skills and that would change their relationship for the better. They claim that they either argue because of misunderstandings or that one or the other don’t discuss their problems openly. Communication (or lack of it) is often NOT the problem Most couples have re-hashed issues over and over and they know what their partner’s position is. The issue is often that they do not accept the partner’s position and are “trying” to get them to change to see their side. And we know how that usually goes; right? It does not happen. So often communication problems will boil down to “they are not listening to me or they would change their behavior”; or “they don’t care enough about me to change”. Neither of these thought processes are helpful to building and sustaining a fabulous relationship. Breakdowns in communication are often the way in which each partner successfully maintains a balance of power. Power and control issues usually ex...

Ways in which a Perception Of Someone can Be Defined By How Other People Describe Them

There are times when one will meet someone without knowing anything about them and then there are other times when this won’t be the case. In this instance, one will have heard about the other before person they have even met them. When this happens, one can feel as though they already know the other person, and even though they haven’t met them, they may feel the need to behave in a certain way. And the way in which they behave can all depend on how the other person describes them. First Impression This can mean that their first impression of the other person won’t be formed through being in their presence; it will be formed through listening to what other people say. It then might not matter how accurate their descriptions are, as one can believe they are finding out what someone is like.
