2. Know How To Release

It is easy to say control your anger, but it is not easily done. Find a way to release your negative emotions. Some cover their face with a pillow and shout. Some lock themselves up in aroom and cry. Some choose to break things to make them feel better. Some write angry notes and then tear them up. Choose a method that makes you feel less angry. This will help you stay in control whenever you are about to lose your temper.

3. Find Support

The people around you play a vital role on how you deal with your anger. Surrounding yourself with negative people will only aggravate the situation. Surround yourself with positive people. 4. Learn To Calm Down

Anger can be prevented if you know how to calm yourself down. Always remind your self that that being angry is not the solution. Be slow to anger and learn to think before you say or do anything. Meditate regularly and always take time to relax. This will help you stay in a good mood most of the time. Being in this state will help you prevent getting angry. The less conflict you have in your life the happier you can be.

5. There Is A Better Way

Staying positive will also help you overcome anger. Whenever you feel the urge to snap at someone or throw a tantrum remind yourself that there is a better way to deal with things. Instead of shouting or scolding someone, you can always talk calmly and reason with the person you are cross with. Being angry is never the solution. Doing things out of anger can just make things worse. Be in control of your anger. If you learn to do that then you will surely grow and live a happier life.
