6. Provide Training: Teach what you have learn and keep learning, will create a growing team that will stay focus in the fundamentals, and will prepare you and them for success.
7. Recognize Your Team Members: A good leader recognizes the people that are doing good in the team, that will create urgency and importance to the once that are not doing the what is need it. Remember that they are people that works harder for recognition than for money and will maintain a live growing team.
